If any of the extensions were put in between 1930 and 1999 then you should be checking for RAAC.
One of the nice things about the Victorian part is you don't need to worry for those bits!

After a bit of research I’m more concerned! I will be speaking to the BM as it’s not been mentioned before and it would seem likely that we have some given the design and age of various extensions.

Yep had the FOI request last week, and also had the building inspected back in 2019.
No issues.

Yes we've had this done last summer. I filled in the questionaire and a surveyor came out and did a 1hr walk around checking certain areas of the building, confirmed we didn't have any and left.
