Job advertisement frustrations

Just wanted to highlight something I've noticed recently
Currently I'm working through agencies in site management and looking to go perm in a role.
Unbelievably the last 3 roles I've applied for over the last month, have each had to re advertise due to lack of applications..
All decent paying and 1 with a house!.
