Seems I can't create a poll due to memebership level. Would someone with appropriate access levels like to create one for me?

I just tested out your permissions Pebble (and that of another registered user) and was able to create a poll without any problems on both occasions.
It must be something else you are doing wrong. You are filling out the post title, post text, poll text and filling out the poll questions correctly (1 question per line)?
